The lake is approximately 3,035 sq meters (3/4 acre) with a depth in the center of circa 4.8 mts (16ft) and this lake is well stocked with (carp, roach etc).
Other accommodation consists of 2 Swedish style timber fishing chalets, each with a veranda overlooking the lake. Both chalets have been fitted out with a sink unit and fridge freezer and one also has a cooker.
The Swedish style timber garage has a concrete floor, the rear wall is fully shelved and is large enough to accommodate either a vehicle or tractor with plenty of space for the usual garage array of equipment.
